1) Acceptance

By accessing this website or purchasing services from Rankuity, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2) Services

Rankuity provides link building services, international SEO services, digital PR services, and white-label SEO fulfillment for agencies. Service scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined by the checkout description and/or written agreement.

3) Welcome SEO Package (subscription)

If you purchase the Welcome SEO Package, you are entering a recurring subscription billed monthly (unless otherwise stated at checkout). The package is designed for long-term organic growth with structured link velocity over a 12‑month period.

Refund window (first payment)

We offer a 14-day refund window for the first successful subscription payment. If you decide to refuse within 14 days, contact us at partners@rankuity.com or via the website form. After 14 days, payments are generally non-refundable.

Cancellation & removal

If you cancel, we stop any future placements and discontinue access to subscription deliverables. We initiate removal of delivered placements and related content where possible. Removal timing can depend on publisher/editor workflows.

4) Reporting

Sample reports shown on the website demonstrate our reporting format for custom / personal collaborations (agencies & enterprise). Reporting is not included in the Welcome SEO Package unless explicitly stated in writing.

5) Results & guarantees

We do not promise specific rankings because outcomes depend on competition, content, and your site’s baseline. We do commit to a structured, long-term approach designed to improve authority signals over time.

For 12‑month active engagements, our objective is measurable authority growth (including DR/DA trends). DR/DA are third‑party metrics and may change due to external factors, but our work is built to drive progressive improvement.

6) Client responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your website and goals
• Maintain a functional website (no malware, no illegal content)
• Not request prohibited or deceptive placements

7) Third‑party sites

Link placements are published on third‑party websites. Editorial policies, indexing, and longevity can be influenced by factors outside our control. We follow safe link velocity and natural anchor distribution to reduce risk.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rankuity will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid to Rankuity in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

9) Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws depending on the contracting entity (Rankuity LTD and/or Rankuity LLC). Where required, disputes will be handled in the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
