Frequently asked questions

Clear answers about billing, cancellations, refunds, reporting, and what to expect from long‑term SEO link building. If you want to discuss a custom scope, use the request form.

Billing & subscription

The essentials: payments, cancellations, and what happens if you stop.

How does billing work for the Welcome SEO Package?

Billing is via Stripe (auto‑renews until canceled). The Welcome SEO Package is designed for structured backlink growth over 12 months with gradual authority increase — no instant spikes.

Can I cancel anytime? What happens to links and content if I cancel?

Yes — you can cancel anytime. After cancellation, we don’t schedule new placements. Links and content already delivered remain live. During an active subscription, if a live placement is removed, we work on a replacement. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, contact support for the fastest resolution.

Do you offer refunds in the first 14 days?

This is not a free trial — it’s a paid subscription with a 14‑day refund window on your first payment. If you decide to stop within 14 days of the first charge, request a refund and we’ll process it and roll back/remove the related work.

What happens after the first month?

Nothing changes automatically — the subscription stays active until you cancel. The strategy is long‑term: compounding authority and maintaining a safe delivery pace across the full 12‑month plan.

Delivery & expectations

How campaigns are structured, what “safe velocity” means, and what we guarantee.

Do you guarantee results?

We don’t promise specific rankings because outcomes depend on competition, content, and your site’s baseline. What we do guarantee is measurable Domain Rating (DR) growth over 12 months — achieved progressively through a structured campaign. For the Welcome SEO Package, the plan is designed to reach DR 70+ over 12 months.

How fast do we start?

After we receive your request, we confirm scope and start research. Outreach and placements follow once the plan is defined. Timelines vary by niche and volume, but work typically begins within a few business days for custom engagements.

What is “safe link velocity” and natural anchor distribution?

Safe velocity means consistent, realistic growth that matches your site’s history and market. Anchor distribution is planned to look natural (brand, partial‑match, topical terms, and contextual phrases), avoiding aggressive patterns that can reduce trust.

What link types do you deliver?

Campaigns typically mix standard and premium placements depending on goals. We prioritize contextual placements that support long‑term organic performance.

Reporting & deliverables

What reporting looks like and when it’s included.

Is reporting included in the Welcome SEO Package?

No. Reporting is provided only for custom / personal collaborations (agencies & enterprise). The Welcome SEO Package is designed as a fast start offer and does not include monthly reporting.

What does a monthly report include (custom engagements)?

Placed domains, DR, link type, anchor text, live placement URL, and link lifetime notes. We keep the format client‑ready and focused on what was delivered.

International SEO

For multi‑country and multi‑language growth.

Do you work globally?

Yes. Rankuity operates as an international SEO agency supporting brands and partners across markets. See our International SEO Agency page for an overview.

Can you support SaaS and ecommerce international expansion?

Yes. We commonly support SaaS and ecommerce teams expanding into new countries through technical international SEO, localization guidance, and authority growth that supports competitive SERPs.

USA SEO

Practical answers specific to running SEO in the United States: state rollouts, competitive SERPs, combining SEO with ads, and how link building fits into the plan. For a deeper overview, see SEO Agency USA.

Google Business Profile, map pack visibility, reviews, and citations.

Do you offer local SEO in the USA?

Yes. For US-based local businesses we focus on Google Business Profile optimization, location landing pages, review strategy, citation consistency where it matters, and local links that support map pack visibility.

What matters most for Google Maps rankings in US cities?

Local visibility depends on relevance, trust, and consistency. We improve profile setup (categories, services, photos), strengthen review momentum, fix key inconsistencies, and build local authority signals in your niche.

How do you handle multi-location businesses across US states?

We usually start with state hubs, then roll out location pages only where they add real differentiation. Internal linking and navigation are built to scale, so Google can crawl efficiently and users can find the right location fast.

Can you clean up citations and duplicate listings?

Yes. If citations or duplicates are a blocker, we audit what matters for your market, fix inconsistencies, and remove/merge duplicates where possible. We avoid “busywork lists” and focus on sources that impact visibility.

Canada SEO

Canada search is often province‑first, and some markets require bilingual intent (EN/FR). This section covers Canada SEO, bilingual architecture, and how we combine SEO + link building without creating thin “template swap” pages.

How we plan Canada SEO across provinces and high‑intent markets.

Do you provide SEO services in Canada?

Yes. We build a Canada SEO plan around the markets that can move the business — usually starting with Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, and Alberta. We focus on high‑intent pages, clean technical foundations, and a repeatable authority system.

How do you structure Canada SEO when demand is concentrated in a few provinces?

We use a province‑first architecture: strong national/service hubs, then province hubs where demand and competition justify it. City pages are only enabled when they have unique intent research, proof modules, and a conversion plan.

Do you do local SEO in Canada (Maps/GBP and “near me”)?

Yes. Local SEO in Canada is often decided by business data quality (NAP), review velocity, map pack relevance, and whether your pages are “answer‑ready” for location‑intent searches.

What’s included in a Canada SEO audit?

A practical audit: indexation and crawl health, content gaps by intent, on‑page SEO upgrades, internal linking, citation consistency, and a prioritized roadmap by province/market.

UK SEO

UK SERPs can be directory‑heavy, and buyers often include city (and sometimes postcode) in their queries. Here’s how we plan UK SEO, build city hubs without thin templates, and run UK link building with quality control.

Competing in directory‑heavy UK SERPs.

Do you provide SEO services in the UK?

Yes. We build UK SEO strategies around what actually wins clicks: high‑intent pages, proof modules, and authority. We also plan for SERP layers like ads, maps, and aggregators — not just “blue links”.

How do you compete with UK directories and aggregators?

We ship deeper, buyer‑ready pages (FAQs, comparisons, proof blocks) and earn relevance‑based mentions/links. The goal is to be the best answer — not another thin city template.

Do you offer local SEO services in the UK?

Yes. Local SEO in the UK often depends on consistent business data, review systems, location page clarity, and whether your “service + city” pages match real intent.

Local SEO

Quick answers about Google Business Profile (GBP), “near me” rankings, multi-location setups, and local link building. If you want the full overview, see our Local SEO Agency page.

What does a local SEO agency do?

A local SEO agency improves visibility for location-based searches (including “near me”) by optimizing your Google Business Profile, upgrading location/service pages, cleaning up citations (NAP consistency), and growing local authority through relevant mentions and links.

Do you provide Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization?

Yes. We improve categories and services, strengthen descriptions, optimize photos and posts, clean up Q&A, handle duplicates, and keep your website, GBP data, and citations consistent.

How do “near me” searches work in local SEO?

“Near me” results are distance-aware. Google blends relevance (category + content match), prominence (reviews, citations, mentions, links), and proximity signals. You can’t change location, but you can improve relevance and prominence to show up for more nearby searches.

Do you provide local link building?

Yes. We focus on relevance and safety: local publications, niche resources, supplier/partner links, community mentions, association links, and editorial placements. Every placement is tracked in a monthly ledger.

Can you help if we don’t have a physical storefront?

Yes. For service-area businesses we focus on the right service areas, on-page intent, trust signals, and realistic proximity expectations — plus tracking that shows which locations generate calls and bookings.

Can you help multi-location businesses?

Yes. We design scalable location architecture (templates, internal linking, and schema), prevent duplication across cities, and create a rollout plan that scales without turning your site into thin pages.

Do we need a page for every city?

Not always. City pages make sense when you can add real differentiation (services, proof blocks, FAQs, photos, and internal links). We prefer a structured rollout over publishing hundreds of near-identical pages.

How long does local SEO take to work?

Local SEO compounds over time. Profile hygiene and technical fixes can help quickly, but competitive map-pack improvements typically build over 6–12+ weeks depending on competition, proximity signals, and existing authority.

How do you track local SEO results?

We combine Search Console (organic visibility), GBP insights (calls/directions/profile interactions), and your lead tracking (forms/bookings). We also report the work shipped so outcomes are tied to specific actions.

Do you manage reviews?

We don’t write reviews, but we help you implement a review acquisition flow, improve messaging, and use reviews as a conversion asset on your website.

What do you need from us to start?

Usually: access to Google Business Profile (or the ability to request access), Google Search Console, basic business details (services, locations, hours), and a short call to align on the primary locations and priorities.

What industries do you work with?

We’re a good fit for service businesses, multi-location brands, and local retail. If customers search by city/service (contractors, healthcare, legal, home services), local SEO is usually worth doing.
